The use of various "poses" (ie: putting your body into a certain position and holding it for a length of time) to result in beneficial affects for your body and mind.

It is probably something you need someone to teach you... I think it would be quite difficult to read about online and practice at home.

i live in pa and was wondering if this mental stress stone removal is available in this area, I frequently get a lot of headaches and wonder if this would help.

I had never tried Yoga myself but have heard so much about it through friends. So generally, its about seeking inner tranquility and peaces through a series of meditations and chants right? What do you think is the best form of yoga for me. I am an architect, 35 years of age, living in downtown Los Angeles.

Look for some local Iyegnar Yoga classes. One of the things Iyengar yoga specializes in is the use of "props" so that you can easily get into the necessary positions.

with the stone thing, you said it has to be on skin on head.. so do you shave a spot on your head for the stone to sit? thats kinda stupid.
