I have a very hectic job in advertising and I suffer migraines and panic attacks, I think it is because of stress. A friend of mine said yoga is good for calming and centering, is this true? I want a solution but I don't want to waste my time and money on something that just won't help.

Yes, yoga definitley helps with stress. The best results obviously take some weeks of regular practice......I would say at least twice a week, but you may should get some destressing immediately.At one point, a long time ago, I suffered from the same complaints you listed, and yoga has changed that, but it is a process.
