Also whenever I kickbox my legs get bigger but more defined. Is there any way to burn off the fat so that my legs and stomach look Normal sized?! I'm really getting frustrated, Please Help ME!!!!!! Also, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you guys recommend something short and challenging? I really want to up my fitness level as well as get a firmly toned body, but the studying for SATs are BRUTAL!!!! :( |
I think that based on personal experience, both pilates and yoga burn fat. Why? because you sweat a lot as you tense your muscles while doing pilates and while you do the stretching in yoga. Between the 2 though, pilates burns more fat because exert more effort in doing this. The moves are also quite difficult so you really sweat a lot. There's also such a thing as Bikram yoga where your yoga is done inside a steam room or something like that. You burn even more fats and flush out toxins as you sweat.
If you are after to loosing weight and sweating more, better try Pilates. Though I can say that both are good form of exercise still in Pilates, you have to exert much effort for it. I am starting to do Pilates and I find it really interesting and I love how it helped me stretch those sleeping muscles of mine. Anyway, it is still up to you on what type of exercise you would want to make.
Hi there! Yes, that is so true. Both Pilates and yoga can help you burn some fats in your body. Both rituals need a lot of physical effort and concentration just to be able to perfect all the stunts. It isn't easy, of course. It requires not just the physical strength but concentration as well. But after all the handwork, you'll feel super paid off. Thank you so much and have a great day to all!
I think Yoga and Pilates can be effective depending on human body structure. Pilates give more focus on the muscles of the body while yoga develops the holistic system of a person including health and well being. Both of them promote mental and physical endurance which our body needs. But take note that each of them has a particular way how it is executed properly. I did two and they're really good.
Hi there! I have been practicing Yoga and Pilates for 5 months and I think, with proper diet and exercises like these two, surely you will get the body you are always wanting. I am really fat last year, I have spend a lot of time in the gym, but it only gives me muscle aches, then I tried yoga, and it really works. Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!
