Yahoo! Answers: How's my life so far based on health?

Thank author of this post/commentI get 8-9 hours of sleep, eat organic foods, perform yoga, stretching and meditating once a week, workout once a week, body massages once a week. How does that sound ?

Sounds good Jacquet, but what are you thinking during this time ?

It is widely recognised that ones thoughts are more a precursor to dis-ease in the human body than anything external that could affect it. As you are combining your regimen with meditation sessions, this could offset the negative mind talk that can overcome one. Perhaps step that up to every day, if you are serious on this path.

Thanks for that wonderful thought Judith, and I have to agree with you. I must say that it is important for people to have a much healthier state of mind and the rest will follow. If you are stressed out and there are lots of things that bothers your mind, you will surely have a weak body and acquiring a disease would always be possible. Live well and have a good, stress free life.

Hi there!

I am not really familiar with other ways on how to improve your health except in some Yoga and some healthy dietary practices. I really love yoga, I don't why but it really meditates me and I really like it. I am in some healthy food practices and lit is really a cleanse part of being a human.

Wow. How I wish I can do the same. Doing yoga doesn't only improve one health but it total well being. Eating the right kind of food like fruit and vegetables, doing exercise and yoga, massage, and look for great relaxation are one of the good ways to stay fit and healthy.

As of now, I keep my diet and regular exercise, but I look forward to doing more time for yoga.

It's good to have a healthy lifestyle. You should maintain this to be able to achieve good health and body condition. Daily exercise keeps you strong and eating organic foods give you energy to do work. This will keep you away from diseases and other things that may affect your health. It will make you feel good about yourself. Also, you can do things easier if you’re healthy. Just continue doing this lifestyle to achieve the better you.
