| How does meditation contribute to spiritual evolution ? I find this a very difficult concept to understand. Does one require a nostalgia for paradise in order to understand this concept ? Can spiritual evolution be quantified, ie. x number of people meditating over x number of years will ensure spiritual evolution by year x ? Someone help me here ? |
