Just thinking about how to treat hemroids gives me hemroids. I dont know how people would deal with that.

I just had a baby and during and after prenancy a woman tends to get hemroids and it does suck. The best thing to use us preperation h, thats cream does help alot and if it does not help you, than contact your doctor and he will prescribe you something better than takes them away.

Fred... the original idea here was about how to use Yoga to help with hemorrhoids. Nobody seems to have much help there.

dude are you serious! you can get hemorrhoids from cold concrete! thats crazy.. anyhow, i know someone who has them real bad, i know your probably thinking, "yeah right, they always say its a friend but its really me". Your probably right. but can yoga really help with treatment for hemorrhoids? if so, SIGN ME UP! or wait! i meant sign my friend up.. lol

hemmoroids are a disease. A disease is your body telling you something is out of whack. Yoga helps you get things back to where they should be.

Yoga doesn't attack the symptoms, it attacks the core causes and when the problem is gone, the symptoms vanish too.

Modern medicine doesn't look to core causes...it only looks to cover up the symptoms.

did you ever think to go to the doctor and have this problem checked out by your doctor. You should pry do that, because what may seem like nothing to you, may be something the dr needs to take care of. Untill than I Would pry just get some over the counter medicine.

there is really not anyway to treat a hemroid. If its causing you pain or if its itchy you can buy cream over the counter for this problem and it does help. In order to get it to go away though it just takes time and will go away on its own, just try to avoid straining when having a bowel movement.
