I would greatly compensate you for your aid. Please post your contact information here and I, or maybe the rest of us with the same problem can contact you. Just please take this pain away. Comment #22 shadira (63.176.159.168) - Thu Oct 23 23:27:35 2008 People keep asking what remedy can they implement against their (or their relative's) harnia when the answer is very much obvious. By the way people it is not hernia but "HARNIA", just wanted to correct you with that. You won't find any "harnia" in Wikipedia (only "hernia"). Comment #23 Elisa (63.176.159.197) - Fri Oct 24 05:04:30 2008 Study up on the life of B.K.S. Iyengar and his form of Yoga... since he's only 90 you can probably still study under him if you are serious! Comment #24 Shelly (63.176.159.61) - Thu Oct 30 22:21:21 2008 I looked up information on a Harnia on Wikipedia and this is what it had to say about harnias and how to repir them, and some other basic information on how the repairs are done. Comment #25 Carolyn (63.176.159.104) - Wed Nov 5 21:57:42 2008 If I were you, I would go to the dr. He seems to be the only one who could really fix this problem and this kind of pain. Comment #26 heather (63.176.159.188) - Wed Nov 12 22:58:35 2008 A harnia is something that either can be a big problem or a little problem, so depending on how big or small it is, you should really go to the doctor and have that checked out.
