Yahoo! Answers: How do I gain weight safely? I have irritable bowel and I ensure

Thank author of this post/commentI have to gain weight because I am constantly loosing weight on and off. I have lost a total of 60+ lbs within 6 months from being sick. So eating a lot is not an option. I drink ensure daily and at one point I was drinking 2-3 a day. But my stomach has been cramping lately just after one and now it is to the point to where I can't even finish one now. I will be going back to the doctor soon but I doubt that she will put me on steroids for weight gain seeing that I havent loss very much lately. But I am very weak and I need my weight to be up. I would like to start back with aerobics and yoga but im afraid with my small weight. What can I use that is safe on me and my stomach?
