What is the best way to get started with Yoga? There are so many classes, options and types of Yoga. I have no idea where to start.

I tried to start with books. But may be due to my wrong understanding or whatever it did not worked with me. Then I contacted a trainer which worked wonders for me. You have to contact a trainer who teaches asana to get the best result.
