You can't learn yoga by just looking at online pictures and instruction. If you really really want to learn yoga, the nearest yoga instructor and facility is all you need to begin with.

I'm not looking for instruction pictures. I am looking for instructional videos.

Is it better to try and learn yoga on your own at home or should you start out going to a class or video first than do it at home?
