Yoga in Sauna

"Bikram Yoga is done in a hot room that is 38C or higher (to replicate the temperature of yoga's birthplace in India)"

What is the effect of the temperature on the Yoga poses? Would it be beneficial to do Yoga in a Sauna? What poses would be best to try?

Yoga in sauna, I think it would be nice but t would take a lot of space to do yoga and I think if it is done in a sauna, it would be a little hard. I have not heard about yoga and sauna before but I think I would have to consult that to a friend of mine who is into yoga. Anyway, have a great day, keep posting.
