does it really benefit with exercise and pranayama?

Thank author of this post/commentHi friends, im suffering with chronic skin related problem.One Ayurveda doctor suggested me to do exercise and pranayama regularly early morning.im converted into purely vegetarian since last one year.What will be the benefit with them.Can i spend 2 hours everyday on exercise and pranayama? your valuable suggestions can help me a lot.Thanks in advance.

Hi there! I actually had the same problem way back then. I also went to an Ayurveda doctor and she told me exactly the same thing. I did exercise everyday and I also did the Pranayama routines. It really helped a lot. So if I were you, you better take it as a very good advice. It will definitely be a great help for you to get rid of your problem.

I know that Pranayama is a form of yoga and I think it is a healthy way of keeping oneself strong and to strengthen faith. I think a person can really benefit from doing Pranayama because as you execute it, it basically develops your physical and psychological performance.

I am not an expert of doing Pranayama, so I hope to see an master of this, so I can also learn the process.

That is true. For me yoga is the best way to relieve your mind with all of the stress there is in life. I think it is important that we try to look for some good ways to lessen the stress that we are having and that we loosen up a bit for awhile. If we do not do this we would end up having poor health and poor working performance.

I have been practicing yoga for a year now and my skin problems have diminished drastically. My acne has pretty much disapeared an I feel so much better doing yoga.

I suggest you try it for at least 6 months see if you get any improvements which I am sure you will.

I do yoga with Shilpa Shetty on youtube. I like this program with her.
