Does breath control increases our longevity ? I heard by some one that life span is determined on number of counts of breaths ( in and out ) . If so , does yoga helps longevity by good pranayama techniques. Like slow breathing increases the time span of each breath and there by we are prolonging number of breaths in over time span ? Does breath control increases our longevity ?
