Answers: How to cope colleague pressure in office?

Thank author of this post/commentI am Nilesh from Pune.I work for a small size company in Pune.We have only 4 employees ( all of equal rank and post) and 1 Director in the company. The Director is extremely friendly in nature and never gives any kind of pressure to complete targets or anything. There is one employee amongsr us who is acting oversmartly and setting targets for the month on his own.Our nature of work involves making calls and closing sales over phone only. He expects us to do calling and perform like him always as and when he wants because we share the incentives equally among four.So I and my other collegue get upset over this and I am now getting health problems due to constant target discussions, pressure and stress. Please advise what to do? As constantly office thoughts keep on creeping in my mind even when I am at home. My wife is complaining that I am mentally at office only even when I am at home. Will pranayama help me?

Oh, this is a worst office situation ever! I have been to that very same position before and it made my life like hell! My colleague was always commenting something on my works. The only difference with my situation is that, our work is not directly related with hers. I was always having a bad day everytime I heard her comments. It was really annoying. Good thing I was promoted to a different department. If I were you, just do your best in your work and never mind him. Just do your own thing.
